What name can I register?
You represent that:
(I) the data provided in the domain name registration application is true, correct, up to date and complete;
(II) to the best of your knowledge and belief, neither this registration of a domain name nor the manner in which it is directly or indirectly to be used infringes upon the legal rights of a third party;
(III) the domain name is not being registered for nor shall it at any time whatsoever be used for any unlawful purpose whatsoever;
(IV) the registered domain name will not be used to:
(a) disseminate sexual cpr144449003101 or pornographic content;
(b) advocate the use of terrorism;
(c) disseminate disparaging information about any third party;
(d) send or be associated with the sending of unsolicited email ("spam")
(V) you have the authority to enter into this Registration Agreement, and, if you are registering a domain name on behalf of another entity, you have the legal authority to act on such entity's behalf.
