What name can I register?
In no case the registry of a domain name will be admitted when this name:
- Is formed by terms or expressions that are offensive, affect the moral or alter public order or that is opposite to the Law of Ecuador.
- It makes reference to aspects or official subjects of the country without having the due authorization for it.
- It agrees with internet protocol names, applications and terminologies or domain name cpr144449003101 terminologies like for example: "http", "web", "www", "ftp" , "telnet", "email", etc.
- It agrees identically, and under the same level, with a name of existing domain in the NIC.EC data base.
- It Agrees with names restricted for registry according to NIC.EC policies.
