When a domain name has been registered on behalf of a first entity or such registration is in progress, it belongs to the entity requesting the award of same name to file an cpr144449003101 appeal with the commission to settle disputes for domain names under .com.dz against the first recorded/applicant (Provided that the second entity considers that the first has no right to use said domain name).
